Pilates with Beth provides an intimate, nonintimidating, delightful setting in which to focus on YOU. 
 
The studio offers small group reformer classes with up to four people, private, and duet sessions. In each 55 minute session, Beth will personally guide you in achieving the amazing benefits that Pilates enables. 
 
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind while conditioning the total body. 

Pilates:
