Previously a Surgical Technologist, Beth has always had an interest in the human body and keeping it healthy. She has enjoyed being active through many avenues of fitness for most of her life.
Beth discovered Pilates in 2007 and quickly fell in love with how it enabled her body to move and feel. She earned her certification in Pilates mat and equipment through The PhysicalMind Institute. Her fascination and passion for her career keep her always curious and seeking further knowledge.
Beth believes that if you focus on proper form and mindfully connect to your movements, Pilates will assist you in achieving your physical best, whether while participating in your favorite sport, or while simply carrying out the activities of daily life. She knows from experience that the benefits don’t end when your session does…Pilates will truly allow you to get to know your body on a different level, improve strength and flexibility, and make movement more effortless. It is gentle, yet challenging, and safe for nearly everyone.
