Pilates with Beth provides an intimate, non-intimidating setting in which to focus on you. In each 55 minute session, Beth will personally guide you in achieving the amazing benefits that Pilates enables.

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind while conditioning the total body. Several muscle groups are engaged simultaneously through smooth, continuous motions, with particular concentration on strengthening and stabilizing the core. The focus is on quality of movement, rather than quantity, leaving you feeling invigorated, not exhausted at the end of your session.
